Since joining Shinkosya in 2015, she has been engaged in process design and new product launch activities within the technical division. In 2016, she provided technical support to the company’s subsidiary in Mexico, gaining a global perspective on manufacturing operations.

From June 2020, she participated in the establishment of the DX Promotion Office and has since led various DX initiatives.
