Aerofine Classifier

High-accuracy classification by the use of a twin air system
The Equipment uses the twin air system based on the “main air” taken in through the guide vanes and
the “secondary air” blown into the upper and lower parts of the classification zone. Stable high-accuracy
classification has been realized in a submicron region as well, by uniforming and accelerating a swirling
flow generated by the main air, by means of the secondary air.

Turbo Classifier

Powder fed to the raw material inlet is sucked into the classifier and then uniformly distributed by the dispersion blades and dispersion disc before being fed to the classification zone.

Each particle is subjected to centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the rotor and the drag force of air flowing toward the center.

Coarse particles move to the outside by centrifugal force; fine particles move to the inside by drag.

The cut point is adjusted by changing the rotation speed of the classification rotor (centrifugal force).

“pulverizing classifying channel”
Pulverization is based only on compressed air, generates no heat, and is suitable for heat-sensitive materials.
