Comprehensive EPC and maintenance solutions for renewable energy systems.
IWATEC offers a one-stop solution from EPC to maintenance for renewable energy power generation systems,such as solar, geothermal, and biomass, as well as renewable energy-based hydrogen production systems. Wecan also propose the introduction of EMS (Energy Management System) to reduce power consumption throughthe visualization, analysis, and control of electricity usage. At this exhibition, we will introduce a "RenewableHydrogen Demonstration Plant", which optimizes hydrogen production using solar power and examineshydrogen storage and transportation. Additionally, we will present a case study of the self-consumption systemintroduced at a plant factory that began operations in 2024.

1IWATEC Renewable Hydrogen Demonstration Plant

In this facility, we stabilize the electricity generated by solar power, which fluctuates with weatherconditions, using an energy management system combined with battery storage. We also assess a systemthat adjusts hydrogen production based on available energy. The hydrogen gas produced will be stored ashigh-pressure gas in cylinders and can be utilized for various applications, such as fuel cell powergeneration systems. Additionally, we are optimizing the hydrogen supply chain to facilitate its distribution tothe market.

With the decline in feed-in tariffs, the rise in electricity prices, and the need to prepare for natural disasters,self-consumption at factories and business sites is becoming an essential option for future management.Additionally, managing and understanding both 'generated electricity' and 'consumed electricity' is key toimproving energy efficiency. Using the case study of plant factories as a model, we design and propose themost optimal system tailored to specific needs and electricity consumption levels. We aim to reduce energycosts, ensure a stable power supply, and support sustainable operations.
