Techpolymer is a polymer microparticle derived from our proprietary polymerization technology, based on polymerizable monomers. With outstanding optical properties, particle size control, compositional tuning, and structural design capabilities, Techpolymer is widely utilized across various fields, backed by our strong customization capabilities.
In this presentation, We introduce application examples of customized TECHPOLYMER for use in adhesives and ceramic additives (such as binders and porosity agents), as well as newly developed products including nanoparticles, nano-hollow particles, and dispersants for carbon nanotubes (CNTs).

Porosity Applications
TECHPOLYMER exhibits thermal decomposition properties, allowing the particles to burn off during the sintering of ceramic or metal powders. This process creates perfectly spherical pores or interconnected porosity within the structure.
Binder Applications
Non-crosslinked grades of TECHPOLYMER can be dissolved in various solvents and used as binders. In particular, IBM-3 is a methacrylic resin with excellent thermal decomposition characteristics under non-oxidizing atmospheres. When ceramic or metal powders are sintered, it leaves almost no residue such as carbides after decomposition.
