Additive manufactured is efficient approach for the view point of capability of shape and speed, environmental friendly process. Recently, application of the additive manufacturing has been expanding to electronics industry. In the session, I will introduce our cutting edge technology of electronics 3D printer that can manufacture multi layers electrical circuit by inkjet printing of both UV ink and Ag nano particle ink. Also will show the machine and application that achieved by the integration of the technology with low temperature parts mounting process.
