【Abstract】
Explanation on the latest blast processing technology, Alpha Processing. Alpha processing is a blast processing with extremely fine abrasive media and it generates nanocrystal structure on the surface layer and, in addition, it maintains the shape and dimensions that were difficult with conventional technology. It is a processing to impart functionalities on surface such as durability, residual compressive stress, slidability, oil film retention, etc.

Conductive anodized aluminum is generally a dielectric material, but the "DM®" developed by our company is anodized aluminum that is a conductor through which electricity passes.
