Precision Patterning for Tomorrow's Innovations
Nanoimprinting (NIL) is a fine structure processing technologies that transfers a nanometer-order pattern by sandwiching a resin between a mold and a substrate. The nanoimprinting (NIL) process consists of four components: (1) coating, (2) pressing, (3) transfer (UV light or heat), and (4) release, and is a very simple process for nanosize printing. Since the equipment is simple and high throughput is expected to be achieved, it is expected as a fine processing technologies that can be mass-produced at low cost. In various fields such as semiconductor devices, storage media, biotechnologies, and optical components, working on efforts are being made for practical applications.

The resin for the Working stamp has already used for products such as XR/MR/AR devices, optical elements. Its quality characteristics, such as excellent durability in repeated transfers and high mold release properties that eliminate the need for release agents, make it particularly useful for optical applications where advanced molding precision is required.

2Nanoimprint resins for substrate processing and optical applications

We have developed UV nanoimprint resins for substrate-free applications, as well as UV nanoimprint resins with excellent adhesion to inorganic substrates (such as glass, silicon, and quartz). We have also worked on developing UV nanoimprint resins for optical applications, which can be used in lift-off and etching processes.
