Bright gold plating is the most suitable material for an electric contact. This deposit is a high purity gold material and has good corrosion-resistance properties and good acid-resistance properties.
The purity of gold is 99.5 to 99.7 wt%, including Cobalt element. The hardness is 150 to 200 Hv. We can provide a sealing treatment after plating according to the customer requirement, too.

Indium is a soft, rare metal with a low melting point of 156.6°C and a Mohs hardness of 1.2, making it a unique for electroplating application. Its softness ensures excellent adhesion to materials like glass, ideal for sealing purposes. Indium's sulfur resistance is valuable for anti-tarnish coatings on silver plating, enhancing durability and appearance.

Palladium has a silver-white color and a bright appearance. It boasts excellent corrosion resistance, making it a substitute for gold plating.

Our gold-tin alloy plating can be applied to the parts that require high-temperature connection or high-reliability connection.

The composition of our nickel iron alloy plating is almost the same as Invar alloy (about 40% nickel).
This plating has a particularly excellent property as a magnetic shield, with small thermal expansion, and good strength coefficient in the high temperature range, and good oxidation resistance.
In addition, it is also used for precision electroforming.

Tin plating is often used in electronic parts that require solderability. However, whisker-like crystals easily appear on the surface. In order to suppress the generation of whiskers, it is now possible to perform reflow processing after the plating process. In recent years, the same terminal is often made for the two purposes of press-fitting part and soldering part.
In our company, the press-fitting part has a thin tin plating thickness and the soldering part has tin plating. Tin reflow plating can cope with differences in plating thickness and prevents the adhesion of tin debris to the mold after bending by exposing the underlying nickel plating to the parts after bending.

Various types of plating as well as precious metal plating are possible using a nickel base.
By applying copper or nickel-plating films, it is possible to add functions to the properties of titanium materials such as electrical conductivity and abrasion resistance.
Furthermore, since adhesion is secured without heat treatment, post-processing using an electric furnace after plating is not necessary.

Developed as a light absorption film for optical equipment. The film is more scratch-resistant than the ultra-low-reflection black treatment film and does not leave marks even when rubbed with a cotton swab.
Black arrow has greatly improved the problem of leaving marks in the handling process after processing.
