Our "functional acrylic monomers" (mainly amphipathic acrylamide derivatives) contribute to high-value-added products in a wide range of fields, such as coatings, adhesives, etc.
We are also developing and supplying "UV curable urethane acrylamides" featuring great adhesion to various substrates and toughness of cured films with the introduction of acrylamide groups, "powerful amide-ether solvents" which are expected to be used as NMP replacement solvents, and "biomass monomers" which are highly curable.

Our acrylamide functional monomers contribute not only to UV curability, adhesion, heat resistance, toughness, and hydrolysis resistance, but also to hydrophilic properties, compatibility improvement, and formulating water-based resins. They have a proven track record in a wide range of applications including coatings, adhesives, inkjet inks, 3D printer resins, antifog coatings, and cosmetics. We also handle cationic monomers with antistatic and antibacterial properties, as well as acrylic monomers and bio-based monomers with excellent adhesion to substrates such as olefins.

2UV-Curable Urethane Acrylamide "Quick Cure®"

Our proprietary functional urethane acrylamides (urethane oligomers), with the introduction of acrylamide groups, are characterized by excellent UV-LED curability with low cure shrinkage, requiring only a small amount of photoinitiator. We offer a soft grade (Quick Cure® 7100) and its diluted version (Quick Cure® 7300) with excellent adhesion to various substrates such as PET, PMMA and polyimide, and a medium-hard grade (Quick Cure® 8100) that exhibits excellent ductility even in high-hardness formulations.

3Powerful amide-ether solvent "Kohshylvent®: KJCMPA®-100 and KJCBPA®-100"

It has been used as a substitute for NMP, DMF, DMAc, etc., due to its ability to easily dissolve materials with a wide range of polarity, and higher biological safety compared to these polar solvents. The applications include synthetic solvents and coalescing agents for poorly soluble polymers such as polyimides, polyamide-imides, and polyurethanes, as well as detergents, strippers, and agrochemicals. It can also be used as a solvent for inks owing to its low contact angle and excellent wettability on various substrates.
