Cubicure社は日本での展示会に初めて出展する。弊社はホットリソグラフィ技術で知られている。ホットリソグラフィ技術(特許取得)により、SLA方式では難しい高粘度な樹脂の加工が可能である。弊社のテクノロジーでは射出成型とSLA技術のギャップを埋めるのが可能である。
Caligma
The Caligma 3D printing system quickly and precisely produces prototypes and small series made from polymers without the need for tools. Thanks to Hot Lithography, the system processes highly viscous resins, enabling the production of particularly tough and temperature-resistant polymer components.

Cerion
In Cerion's printing process, both the material intake and the detaching of printed polymer layers from the carrier film are scalable. Many factors of the building process such as process forces are now decoupled from part geometry and building platform occupancy. Even the width and length of the printing platform no longer have an influence on process performance.

Evolution HI
Evolution HI is the photopolymer of choice for snap-fits, fittings and cases. Thanks to its high impact strength, parts and objects made from Evolution HI absorb a lot of energy. This means that this material is ideal for robust products which need to endure a lot of strain every day. Consequently, even connectors that are opened and closed again and again can be manufactured additively.

ThermoBlast
Meet ThermoBlast: For the first time ever, Cubicure created a 3D-printing material which can withstand ambient conditions up to 300°C. ThermoBlast is of utmost chemical resistance and hence represents a game changer in the usability of 3Dprinted parts. Due to its extreme temperature resistance and high surface hardness ThermoBlast parts are reliable solutions for numerous industrial applications.
