Pure Copper Powder for Additive Manufacturing
・High-quality pure copper powder with our novel surface treatment.
・The surface treatment adds an anti-oxidization effect and prevents an increase in the oxygen content, which inhibits AM processing.
・The relative density of the object made of pure copper powder is 99.94%* for EB and 98.56% for LB.
AMtrinsic - Spherical Refractory Metal Powders for Additive Manufacturing
Our gas-atomized Spherical Powders and alloys containing Tantalum and Niobium are pre-conditioned for application in Laser Beam Melting, Electron Beam Melting and are characterized by: excellent flowability, high tap density, perfect spherical shape and narrow particle size distribution.
Our portfolio contains elemental powders as well as standard alloys or customer specific alloys.
AMtrinsic - Spherical Nb base alloy powders
■C103 has superior mechanical properties, and the reduced weight of this alloy in comparison to other refractory alloys bring huge advantages in aerospace applications, and at a lower cost when compared to platinum group metals.
■FS-85 is a high-strength alloy with creep performance, tensile strength and fatigue resistance. It is considered as a structural material for aerospace applications.

■For Additive Manufacturing Powder(Ti-6Al-4V)
