【Abstract】

In recent years, micro/nano 3D printing technology, which can fabricate micro-scale 3D structures with high precision using laser beams, has made rapid progress and has been applied to a wide range of fields including medicine, photonics, electronics, and MEMS. In this presentation, the latest technologies and new materials for micro 3D printing are introduced. As examples of new technologies, high-speed fabrication technologies using digital light processing (DLP) and multi-material fabrication technologies using multiple materials have been developed. As new materials, composite materials mixed with nano-particles of glass and ceramics, stimuli-responsive materials for 4D printing that respond to light and heat, and metallic materials that can be applied to 3D electronics have been developed. In addition, applications of these new materials in medicine, photonics and MEMS will be introduced.
