【Abstract】

The government's "2050 Carbon Neutral Declaration" has greatly increased the attention of smart houses in Japan's energy policy. In the household sector, the spread of ZEH (Net Zero Energy House) is an important key to achieving the goal. One of the technologies required to realize this ZEH is HEMS (Home Energy Management System), and the international standard "ECHONET Lite" is recommended for networking technology. With the spread of ZEH, home appliances and housing equipment connected to networks are becoming familiar. And with "IoT" technology that creates new value by connecting to a network, various devices will work together to make people's lives more convenient and enriched. The goal of IoT smart houses is to make people happy while contributing to carbon neutrality. This seminar will introduce the latest situation.
