At the plastic film business of Gunze, we manufacture shrink film which is used for the sleeves of beverage bottles and Anti-fogging film which prevents the packaging of fresh vegetables such as bean sprouts and mushrooms from fog.To realize "Responsible Production and Consumption", Gunze will convert the main production bases into a resource circulating factory in 2024.This resource circulating factory won't emit any plastic waste, and will promote zero emission which will utilize natural energy. Also, we will launch and develop environment-friendly products investing the bio-attributed shrink film and low density film.
As a resource circulating manufacturer, Gunze will aim to reduce the further environmental burden and contribute to sustainable society

【Abstract】

Even gravure printing developed with the purpose of mass run, in recent years, processing under multispecies and small lots, result in the gravure printing press which proper to big lots need to be used in small lots job. Small lots is one of the reason of productivity and yield decline, furthermore labor shortage caused by the workload increased for changing the printing cylinder etc. We pleased to introduce FTS model gravure printing press aimed to grow out of 3K for realizing our hopes to sustainable future in field. The keywords short for Speed, safety, sustainable, our completed gravure printing press that the setup time decreased by half, replacement work would be done by oneself safely and achieved eco-friendly printing workplace. In additionally, FSR model gravure printing press also being introduced corresponding to unstaffed and personnel saving.
