We are developing composite materials in which FKM or PEEK resin are blended with carbonnanotube(CNT).
Using CNT blended FKM, We have launched O-Ring "SGOINT", which has high strength,
high conductivity, and high heat resistance.
For resin, we have mixed CNT to PEEK to achieved improved impact strength
and elongation, and stable antistatic properties.
We have started to develop making film, using PEEK/CNT material.

SGOINT
Introducing the O-Ring "SGOINT", which contains CNT in FKM.
By adding CNT, we have improved strength and heat resistance and added conductivity.
Due to the above characteristics, it has good performance for compression permanent strain test.
That might be possible to extend changing time of O-Ring and help to cut replacemtent cost.

PEEK+CNT
Introducing a composite material that contains CNT in PEEK resin.
By adding CNT, the impact strength and elongation have been improved, and also antistatic properties are stable.
It contributes to both weight reduction and high strength, and product protection using antistatic properties.
We are also trying on making this material into a film.
We are thinking that it can use for washers, light blocking, heat resistance, and antistatic.

It can be given conductivity and chixoness.
