Silicon Carbide nanopowders - NMSiC99
Nanomakers produce Silicon Carbide (SiC) nanopowders which can be used as additives for various materials (elastomers, polymers, ceramics, metals) to reinforce disruptively their mechanical and chemical performances.
Sizes: 35 & 75nm. Advantages: very high purity, very good homogeneity of particle size, an excellent reproducibility and can be customized according customers' requirements.

Carbon coated Silicon nanopowders - NMSiwC99
Nanomakers produce patented carbon coated silicon nanopowders which are the key component in the anode of Li-ion battery. By using silicon-based anode, the energy density of Li-ion battery can be increased significantly.
Available sizes: 40 & 75nm. Advantages: very high purity, very good homogeneity, an excellent reproducibility and can be customizable according customers' requirements.
