Nano Porous Alumina Membranes and Templates

Macro Porous Silicon Membranes and Templates
Our MakroPor membranes feature pores with an unique pore diameter (deviation lower 5%) which stays constant through the complete length of the pores. Pore Sizes from 1 µm up to 17 µm are available. The pores are arranged evenly over the complete wafer size in an exact hexagonal or cubic regime. By applying an additional anisotropic etching the round pores can be widened to square-shaped pores.
