【Profile】

After working for package development at a big printing company, he joined Coca-Cola Japan Company, Limited in 2002. He was in charge of various package developments and light weighting. He also developed ILOHAS package which was launched in 2019. Then, He is managing Product & Package Commercialization group in Technical which is in charge of formula and package.


【Abstract】

In these days, it's required to act speedy as a producer for environmental matters like as global warming, marine litter plastics and so on. Coca-Cola has been working for the matters through light weighting, selection on low CO2 emission materials. In January 2018, Coca-Cola released a strategy "World Without Waste" globally and accelerating to build circular economy. In addition, Coca-Cola announced the advance of achieving the target in July 2019. We will brief the strategy in this session.
