Emergency Water Service
Hitachi Zosen provides rental service of containerized RO desalination plants if a site needs water urgently or temporary. We supply pre-treatment, post-treatment, and remineralization system which meet the customer’s requirement and water quality. Since 1991, we have provided over 50 rental solutions in the world for mining, power plants, refineries, petrochemical plants, and municipality.

High-rate fiber filtration system "Marimo"
"Marimo" is a high-rate fiber filtration system filled with fiber filter media, used for preliminary water treatment (turbidity removal) and advanced sewage treatment. The porosity of the filer layer is so high that the filtration rate can be increased, and equipment downsizing can be achieved. Hitachi Zosen has extensive experience and achievements of Marimo domestically and internationally.

High-rate precision filtration system "Kemari"
The high-rate precision filtration system "Kemari" is a high-rate filtration system capable of filtration at around a four-fold maximum rate compared to conventional sand filtration. It uses spherically formed special long fibers as filter media. Kemari is applicable for pre-treatment for water purification, preprocessing for seawater desalination equipment and seawater filtration.

Biological contact fiber carrier filtration system "Komari"
"Komari" is a unique biological contact filtration system which uses fiber carriers. It uses the biological treatment function to remove iron and manganese and to nitrify ammonia nitrogen, and it uses the filtration function to remove SS. It substitutes for the conventional upstream processes of the rapid filtration system while achieving space-saving and reductions in chemical consumption.

Simplified fiber filtration facility
"Simplified fiber filtration facility" is a treatment system intended for upgrading simple treatment of untreated sewage in combined sewerage. It can be installed at a terminal treatment plant and a pumping plant. It removes SS and organic matter to reduce pollution level. It is also possible to utilize an existing storm-water tank or an out-of-service primary sedimentation tank.

AQSEV membrane filter
Developed by Hitachi Zosen, AQSEV membrane filter can alone achieve membrane filtration, the final step in a water treatment plant. It is equipped with all equipment necessary for membrane filtration including a function that automatically performs chemical washing, and a remote monitoring control function. In addition to its space-saving design, it significantly reduces CO2 emission.

AQSEV sand filter
"AQSEV sand filter" is self-washing filtration equipment. By control of filtration flow rate, operation pressure, and chemical use percent, the optimum removal of iron and manganese is realized. It conducts automatic operation and remote monitoring, so operation control is simple and work-saving. Incidental facilities are not necessary because its structure has self-washing system.

Draft Tube Circurator (DTC)
The Draft Tube Circulator (DTC) is an externally-driven circulator in which special impellers are used with draft tubes. It has been used in large number of anaerobic and oxygen-free tanks for advanced treatment. The draft tubes transfer a mixed solution from the surface layers to the bottom of the tanks and are capable of evenly mixing ab entire solution in tanks.

Draft Tube Aerator (DTA)
The Draft Tube Aerator (DTA) is equipment in which mixing and water-conveyance in the aeration tanks is independent of the oxygen supply. The mixing force and the amount of oxygen are adjusted based on gas fluctuations, which makes intermittent operation more efficient. The equipment has a simple structure and achieves a high oxygen transfer rate, requiring maintenance of the driving units only.
