Use filters to solve concentration problems
We are a group of GS YUASA. We produce and sell MF. Our main products are domestically-produced flat membranes(C-PVC) and hollow fiber membranes (polysulfone). we have many experience in a variety of fields. This time, we propose applications and possibilities for unknown membranes such as "backwash flat membrane system" and "hollow fiber membrane cross flow module".

Hollow fiber membranes cross flow module
This module can be separated into filtrate and concentrated water by flowing raw water. This time, we have succeeded in extending the filtration life by improving the filtration structure.
(1)Cross-flow filtration reduces membrane clogging

(3)Regeneration by chemical cleaning is possible
(4)Lineup :0.1µm, 0.2µm, and 0.45µm

Backwashing-type flat membrane device
A solid suspended in fluid is attached to a flat membrane surface immersed in a chamber. The solid peels off with backwashing and is collected.
(1)Solid-liquid separation without chemical injection,ideal for volume reduction of solids and recovery of valuables.
(2)the nominal pore size is 0.25µm,SS is 1mg/L or less in processing liquid.
(3)This is also available for high concentration waste fluid.
