ACW’s 100% Epoxy adhesives qualify as very low outgas adhesives against the MIL-STD 883/5011, Telcordia GR-1221, and ASTM E595 (NASA qualification) standards. The outgas level of most of ACW adhesives meets the requirements of Aerospace application. ACW offers 100% Epoxy UV curable adhesives, 100% Epoxy Dual Cure adhesives, 100% Epoxy Dual Cure thermal conductive adhesive as the material solution for Optical modules and Camera modules. ACW’s 100% Epoxy adhesives do not include solvents in any adhesive formulation. ACW’s 100% Epoxy adhesives use unique patented technology.

ACW offers the A535 family of 100% Epoxy UV curable adhesives for the stringent demands of FAU (Fiber Array Unit) and silicon photonics devices used in the hyperscale data center. As unique characteristics, it has excellent reliability performance, is very low outgas qualified by Telcordia, MIL-STD protocols, and ASTM E595 standard (NASA qualification). Many of A535 family offer robust for solder reflow process with good stability to well over 300 °C.
But the most attractive feature of A535 family is the very low or no optical loss after reliability testing. That is, the aligned parts do not move.

3LuxNIL® Resins Imprints for AR in collaboration with EV-Group High Resolution, High Refractive Index Nano-Imprint Lithography with Sub-nm Height Gain

ACW teamed up with EV Group to demonstrate a new standard of performance for wafer-level high RI UV nano-imprint lithography (UV-NIL) for augmented/virtual/mixed reality applications. Using EV Group’s SmartNIL® process and ACW’s high RI LuxNIL® resins, the team achieved 50 nm resolution imprints with RI as high as 1.96 at 633 nm and sub-nm average height gain for 25 imprints on a single PFAS-free polymer working stamp. ACW’s high RI LuxNIL® resins optimized for EV Group’s SmartNIL® process has proved excellent mechanical dimensional stability in the industry.

4ACW PFAS-free, anti-stick layer free 200mm New Working Stamp Resins

ACW has released two new PFAS-free working stamp materials with new resins for UV lens molding and similar applications. Working stamps can be cast on glass backplanes from metal master molds using a conventional anti-stick material. The new material working stamps thus made have high water contact angles and can be used with standard imprint resins without applying an anti-stick layer in the imprint step.
Those new resins give tough working stamps with high chemical resistance property. Even though Tg’s >100 °C, those material offers flexible. Those materials readily release from imprints even when no anti-stick layer is used in the imprint step.
