The annual global production of avocado oil is estimated to be 160,000 tons. The paste oil as a by-product has been discarded for its color, smell, poor stability. Using patented technology, Greentech has successfully upcycled it. Silky textured product with a low melting point (mp25to40)was successfully realized. No tendency to vanish and its use is increasing as a substitute for silicone.
