TAMAVISCO® L200
TAMAVISCO® L200 is a natural polysaccharide thickener that uses tamarind seeds as an upcycled raw material.
This product is a new polymer with a refreshing texture and high moisture retention. It can also be used for pump foam, mist, and emulsion. Recently, the number of products with botanical concepts that are conscious of SDGs has increased, and it is a material that matches these concepts.

【Abstract】
Tamarindus Indica Seed Gum is plant-based natural thickener derived from Tamarind seeds, which are sustainable source as upcycled ingredient. We succeeded in separating and refining a highly purified polysaccharide from tamarind seeds in 1964. It is marketed under the brand names of TAMAVISCO. We explain the properties and characteristics of TAMAVISCO L200, a new type of Tamarindus Indica Seed Gum low viscosity.
TAMAVISCO L200 forms a fascinating elastic gel when used together with glycerin. The gel works as a thin film on the skin to keep moisture content. TAMAVISCO L200 enables applications in spray and pump-former formulations, highly moisturizing lotion, emulsion and cream formulations.

【Abstract】
We introduce two organic skin care actives derived from French botanicals from Berkem, a French expert in botanical extraction.
Skin'calm, Robinia pseudoacacia flower extract, is a 100% natural extract made from Robinia pseudoacacia flowers cultivated in France. Rich in sugars and polyphenols, Skin'calm fights against some skin disorders caused by wearing masks by soothing the skin, rebalancing its pH, and correcting imperfections.
Ki’leaft, Actinidia Chinensis Leaf Extract, is a 100% natural extract made from upcycled organically grown kiwi leaves. Thanks to its high sugar and polyphenol content, Ki’leaft has an immediate tightening effect. It also helps to regenerate the skin, strengthen its barrier function and structure, and has a strong antioxidant capacity.
We introduce the features of these products along with Berkem's research results such as proteomics analysis and clinical trials.
